- Begin your journey on Market Street in Hyde Town Centre.
- Continue along Market Street, Hyde, heading towards Denton.
- At the traffic lights turn right onto Clark Way.
- At the next set of traffic lights turn left onto the A627 and continue onto Newton Street.
- Follow Newton Street onto Old Street.
- Continue until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Bennett Street.
- Look out for the Senior Service building on your right hand side.
- Take the first right turning onto Cheetham Hill Road.
- Follow Cheetham Hill Road towards Stalybridge.
- You will pass a sandwich shop on your right and a betting shop on your left. Carry on a little further and Davenport House is situated on the left hand side.
