- Only one voucher per visit is permitted.
- The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Vouchers must be presented to the Receptionist when you pay for your treatment.
- This promotional voucher has a cash value of GBP 0.001 and cannot be exchanged for the monetary value.
- We are committed to respecting your privacy. As such, we will not pass any of your information onto third parties.
- Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your voucher.
- Vouchers can only be used at Davenport House Clinic, 28 Cheetham Hill Road, Stalybridge, SK15 1TU.
