Podiatrists are highly trained medical specialists concerned with the examination, diagnosis and treatment of disorders and diseases affecting the foot, ankle and the lower leg by medical, surgical and biomechanical methods of treatment. Podiatrists are uniquely qualified among medical and health professionals to treat the foot and ankle based on their education, training and experience.

All Podiatrists must be registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC). All of the practitioners at Davenport House Clinic are registered with the HPC and are qualified to the highest level.


Our Manchester based Podiatrists are also trained in the use of local anaesthetics and have a licence for issuing prescription only medicines.
